"Water Street was perfect for our weekend getaway. It is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are wonderful, fresh, clean and very well maintained. We loved sitting on the porch watching the boats come and go. The birds were so entertaining and even saw an alligator or two. Shopping is within walking distance as well as restaurants with wonderful fresh seafood. The front desk treats you like family and are always available to happily help. Would definitely recommend for your trip..."

"My parents and I spent two nights here and it was fabulous. Our room was on the third floor and had a balcony with a fantastic view of Scipio Creek, the Apalachicola River and several other bodies of water. The beds were comfortable and so were the other furnishings. We had two full bathrooms which were both very nice.
